At Yelloh! Village Le Brasilia, it’s our holidaymakers who travel, not the ingredients! With such a rich terroir boasting produce from both the Mediterranean and the Pyrenées, the restaurant favours local sources for fresh, seasonal fare.

You’ll find a menu that celebrates the flavours of the Catalan region, as well as the culinary traditions of Occitania and the broader Mediterranean region. Treat yourself, for example, to an amazing Tirabuixo pork rib, cuttlefish à la plancha, or a good parillada (or platter) of fish. Round your meal off on a sweet note with a Catalan cream, the region’s famous desert.
