Foot’Océane avec Yelloh! Village

In June each year, one of the most unique football tournaments is held near our campsites in the Vendée: Foot’Océane. During low tide, more than 200 football pitches are marked out along the beach in Saint-Jean-de-Monts.

This impressive number of pitches allows more than 6000 players, aged between 7 and 8, to take part in an exhibition tournament. That makes it the biggest in the world. All the clubs in the region come together to celebrate the passion that unites them. Each team plays the same number of games and gets the same prize. Because at Foot Océane, the values of the sport are the key priority, not the competition.

Finally, the day ends with a tradition: thousands of young players and their coaches create a gigantic human fresco.

The next tournament will take place in June 2025!
