For your 2022 stays, we have adapted our General Conditions of Sale to bring you even greater peace of mind as you prepare your holidays. You can cancel your stay up to 15 days before your planned arrival and only owe the 15% deposit.

 

But that’s not all! On request, a credit voucher* corresponding to the total amount already paid will be issued in the following cases:

  • Border closure by an administrative decision
  • Campsite closed by an administrative decision
  • Travel is limited to a specified number of kilometres by an administrative decision

Access conditions concerning your booking at a Yelloh! Village in France

 

Good news! From 14 March 2022, you no longer require a health pass or European Covid certificate to access a campsite in France. What’s more, you no longer need to wear a face mask indoors. You’ll really be able to enjoy a comfortable, carefree, holiday!

 

Conditions of access concerning your booking in a Yelloh! Village in Spain

 

For this holiday, you will not need to show any certificate, proof or health or vaccine pass on arrival at the campsite. The present conditions may change if the health situation deteriorates before your holiday date. In the meantime, you can plan your stay without restrictions, and with full peace of mind.

 

For our guests coming from countries outside Spain, however, we advise you to consult the conditions for entry into Spain regularly, and according to your country of origin.

 

Conditions of access concerning your booking in a Yelloh! Village in Portugal

 

This season, no health document will be required to enter the campsites. Only wearing a mask will continue in enclosed common areas.

 

For our guests coming from countries outside Portugal, however, we advise you to consult the conditions for entry into Portugal regularly, and according to your country of origin.
