The site is absolutely lovely, pools are fantastic. However the high end static we had booked was poor. There was a strip of the ceiling hanging down. Two cupboards had massive breaks in them that had been glued back together. It gave the impression of poor quality and are little things that should be fixed when you are paying for a high quality accommodation. The steps also got very slippery when wet and my daughter fell and hurt her back. The wood needs treating.

The staff at Aluna Vacances were lovely and friendly. Our mobile home was spotless and I cannot fault it at all, we also had a very generous decking which we enjoyed eating as a family on. Unfortunately as I have mobility issues I found the pool area quite hard to navigate, there were points around the pool are that are made from large stone/granite steps, aesthetically pleasing and of course the majority had no issues but if you have any mobility issues you may struggle as I did, the pool is one of the coldest we as a family have experienced in France, if sunbathing is your preference you may find it hard as we would find bed upon bed with no one on it yet a towel reserving it. The takeaway serves lovely pizzas and the staff are very friendly and were quick to apologise and refund when we collected two rotisserie chickens which were raw! We were always able to find a table in the bar area and again the staff were lovely and the table service was great. Overall a lovely campsite but people with mobility issues may struggle around the pool.

We loved Aluna Vacances! Quality of the accommodation, friendliness and how helpful & responsive the staff in all different areas are, the range and quality of entertainment- all wonderful and made for a beautiful holiday. And the little extra touches were much appreciated.

Overall the holiday complex was first rate. If i have any issues that is with the WiFi, I paid extra for the 3 weeks we stayed and whilst it did function when we were at the Bar and restaurant it did not function properly at our accomodation

Pools are great so is the location of the campsite. The pitches could be a bit bigger. Some of the employees at the reception could be a bit friendlier. Compared to other Yellow Villages in the area this campsite is a bit expensive.
