• Wednesday, a full day non-stop from 10am to 5.30pm

You’ll only be 200 metres from the ocean with every opportunity to try out an array of watersports! Which activity do you fancy? A trip out on a catamaran, windsurfing, or kitesurfing? Take your pick and splash — off you go! And when you think of the Atlantic Ocean, you no doubt think of surfing. Your stay will be the ideal opportunity to try out this popular sport. Of course, if your idea of a holiday is more relaxing, you can simply lie back on the beach and listen to the lap of the waves! There’s something for everyone here.

The market of Saint-Clément-des-Baleines sets out its stalls every day in high season. Come and meet the local producers and sample the region’s specialities, visit the craftspeople and their wares, and enjoy a meal while you're there. Soak up the warm atmosphere and listen to the local stallholders’ tips. A family outing you’ll love!

Get in the car and head for the horse-riding club, crazy golf course or the skatepark. Whether on foot or a short drive away, you’re guaranteed to find an activity to suit all your clan.

Hire a bicycle at the residence’s reception and set off to discover the region. There are numerous cycle paths setting out from Saint-Clément-des-Baleines, taking you to new horizons through forests and past marshes and beaches. In just 10 minutes, you’ll be at the foot of the famous Les Baleines lighthouse. Continue your jaunt with a visit of the Lilleau des Niges nature reserve – a wonderful natural haven for all the family. There are plenty of other places to visit nearby – just ask at your residence’s reception desk for ideas and information.

In high season, there are activities for all the family at the Le Village du Phare just 2 km from your holiday home. Try out the gym lessons, the multisports ground, the beach-volley pitch or the pétanque courts. Make the most of the activities and amenities free of charge!

But that’s not all! In high season, you can enjoy 4 evening events per week at the Le Village du Phare residence. Join in the “Discovery of the Île de Ré” event, the ideal way to spend an evening learning about all your holiday destination has to offer. And you can also add dancing, games, cabaret, karaoke and magic shows to your holiday agenda!
