Children and activities at Yelloh! Village L'Oasis & California

As well as the clubs, young campers can make the most of a wide range of amenities all around the holiday village. One thing they’re sure to enjoy is the play area at the campsite entrance, where they can go along and have fun whenever they like. They’ll no doubt be keen to try out the Acro-games climbing structure, where they’ll put their agility to the test to overcome the obstacles. 

In the Oasis water park, they’ll find spiral waterslides, a multilane waterslide and a paddling pool. 

The clubs are open in high season only. 

Kids & Juniors Club 

• Monday-Tuesday-Sunday: 9 am to12 noon and 3 pm to 5 pm 
• Thursday: 10 am to 4 pm 
• Friday: 9 am to 12 pm 

Teens Club 

• Monday-Tuesday-Sunday: 10 am to 1 pm and 9 pm to 11 pm 
• Thursday: 10 am to 4 pm 
• Friday: 10 am to 1 pm 

On holiday, your number one priority is having fun! Yelloh! Village L'Oasis & California understands this perfectly and does its utmost to keep you fully entertained. 

For athletic holidaymakers, the large sports zone in the California area offers a great choice of sports, including football, basketball, beach volleyball, beach soccer, pétanque and table tennis. Take part in some of the high-spirited (yet friendly!) tournaments! There are also tennis courts if you’re more of a budding Federer. Plus morning workouts to get your day off to a good start. 

The entertainment team also oversees a range of other activities, including darts, Mölkky and even rifle shooting. And you can join in some awesome family games where parents and children can forge an even closer bond. 

And when the temperatures rise? Head to the Oasis water park for some refreshing fun! Water polo, water volleyball, aqua-dance… As you can see, during a holiday at this campsite in Le Barcarès, the emphasis is clearly on entertainment! 

Bright sunshine is a regular fixture in the Catalan region and is sometimes accompanied by scorching temperatures. So what better way to cool off and have fun than a stay at a campsite in Le Barcarès? There you’ll have two venues for your aquatic amusement: 

 
First, of course, there’s the Mediterranean. The Tramontane wind creates the ideal conditions for the various watersports on offer along the coast. Alternatively, you could spend the afternoon at the Leucate-Salses lagoon. This extraordinary 54 km² body of water is a prime venue for watersports. Leisure activities include water-skiing, windsurfing, paddleboarding, fishing and kitesurfing. You can also enjoy walks and bikes rides around the lake.

The Pyrénées-Orientales boasts a wealth of great places to go cycling. And one of them is found just a few short metres from the L'Oasis & California campsite. This is the Agly greenway, which runs alongside the river of the same name, from Rivesaltes to its mouth at Le Barcarès. 

Are you a Tour de France fan? Spend a day in the Catalan Pyrenees, the majestic setting for certain stages of the iconic cycling race. Tackle the mountain passes and steep gradients of the roads in Northern Catalonia.
