Head for the legendary La Torche spot and try your hand at windsurfing or surfing! Finally, Yelloh! Village La Plage has dedicated facilities especially to entertain your little ones. As well as the children’s clubs, there’s a playground and an inflatable castle for young holidaymakers!
Take part in watersports on the sea
Naturally, a holiday only a stone’s throw from the Atlantic Ocean will appeal to watersports enthusiasts, as well as to those who love lazy days on the beach, stretched out on the fine Breton sand.
Whether you're a thrill seeker or just want to chill out, the list of possibilities is huge: stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, surfing, catamaran, sailing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, and much more. There’s an activity to suit everyone, so get your fill of thrills in this remarkable location!
Get some fresh air on a beautiful walk or bike ride
Explore the coastline and its unique locations on foot or by bike. There are hundreds of route ideas. The town of Penmarc’h, where La Plage campsite is located, has 32 km of waymarked minor and major hiking trails. The famous GR34, also known as the Customs Path, is one of these! Head off on the coastal path to discover Saint-Guénolé, Point Penmarc’h, Kérity, and as far as the majestic Eckmühl lighthouse.
Another option is to travel on horseback! The Breton coastline has lots of routes, including equestrian trails, so horseriding enthusiasts can explore the region from the saddle. A great opportunity to discover the magnificent La Torche beach, a wonderful location where you can fill your lungs with the sea air.
For cyclists, there are also lots of bike trails, such as the Green Way connecting Penmarc’h and Pont- l’Abbé.
