Rude staff on arrival . No idea what was happening from one day to the next . Very basic private shower facilities. Food awful in the restaurant . We left a week into our two week stay . Not happy at all that the security deposit reduced my bank balance when we were told in an email this would not happen . The staff would not listen to me when i could clearly see with my own eyes it had affected my balance and one girl called us rude right in front of us .

Great site, accommodation was clean and in great condition. The only negative was our toilet window was right in front of our neighbours decking. Pools were great, the rapids unfortunately were a bit aggressive and my daughter cut her feet and knee in several places and we needed a trip to the pharmacy so perhaps aqua shoes should be allowed.

We love Le Jard, so much we came back two years in a row and my children are saying they want to come back every year until they are 18! The accommodation, the swimming pools, the restaurants, the entertainment, the whole set up and ambiance of the place is just perfect.

An excellent stay at a beautiful modern camp site. The waterpark is excellent, great to have heated pools and the rapids are very fun. The bar area is nice and new and the sweet van was loved by the kids. We enjoyed the restaurant with the guy attending the outside eating areas giving great service. The shop is much larger than typical sites with a great offering including fresh meat seasoned meat for the Bbq as well as usual baguettes and pastries. The team in the shop were great, super friendly and very accommodating. Big thanks to the lady for finding me some insect bite cream on the last day! In general the park is very well maintained and clean... Could do with a spruce up around some of the garden areas and facilities in the camping field. All in, another great yelloh experience that the kids loved!

Absolutely lovely site, so clean. Staff where lovely, great on site shop, range of activities was brilliant. Free bus to beaches (not run by Yelloh!). Only grip was the soap dispenser worked the men’s side not the women’s and the birds in the trees meant a lot of bird poo on drying clothes !

Le Jard is a fantastic site. The swimming pools and lazy river kept my children entertained for hours! The site is beautifully maintained and clean, the restaurant and bar area are excellent and great entertainment each day. The park area and bouncy castles were great all all ages. The location is perfect, close to the beach and towns.

We stayed for 7 nights with kids 7,10 and 13. Our little cottage was pristine. The site was clean and well organised and we had a great stay. The kids absolutely loved the lazy river and went round for hours. The one downsize and not a major downsize was table service - it as pot luck how quickly you’d get your drinks and the entertainment was very French based - again not a problem but might be for some people. We had our bikes which was a big plus and meant we could bike and explore. Thank you for another amazing break. Already looking for our next site.

The accomodation was tiny! If there was more than 1 of you in a bedroom at one time, it was a squeeze and difficult to get round each other! I paid extra for a bbq but on checking it, it was dirty with left over food still on it. I complained and another one was delivered a few days later, but was just as dirty so I didn't use it at all. I received a refund, but this wasn't the point! On the plus side - the food in both the snack bar and restaurant was good and the staff were very helpful.

Two things I would change: Our cabin has black mould on the walls and needs a good scrub, there should be better recycling facilities, better labels on the bins, and information in the cabins about what to put in watch bin, the amount people put in the general waste bins was frighteningly enormous.

Our stay at Le Jard was really great. The Campsite was immaculate, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Some of the entertainment was a bit lost on us due to the language barrier but if anything that improved my French (just a little!!). One evening the entertainment team did a Mamma Mia show and this was brilliant, in fact probably the best evening entertainment of our stay and this was not an external entertainment team but just the entertainment staff that we saw every day doing sports, kids clubs etc. and it was excellent! The campsite was really reasonable too, waffles, crepes and ice-cream's all at really affordable prices and the restaurant was great value too with lovely attentive staff, a small but perfectly fine menu. Our kids tried the kids club for a day but didn't enjoy it as there was a language barrier again but they made friends on the site and set up their own soccer games etc. The Pools are brilliant, if anything the indoor pool with the lazy river was too warm, but it was very hot weather while we were there so this might have had something to do wuth it. On the whole our stay was fabulous, we were in a three bed new cabin right down the back of the campsite on a section that no cars were allowed, which was great. Although, the only downside to our stay was our cabin, whilst being a really new one with all mod cons it was located under a massive tree that dropped berries on the outdoor deck and they were constantly being walked on and this meant the floors got really dirty very quickly and were constantly needing cleaning. Also the cabin wasn't too clean when we arrived and in fact we found a huge spiders egg and webs in the fold of the curtains when we pulled them shut. It was not a huge deal but and once we gave the cabin a bit of a clean and swept the deck of berries everyday we had a fantastic time

The campsite is fun and lively. The pool is an absolute WIN for the kids. Everything you need is on site which is incredibly useful. Location is excellent. We hired bikes and only needed the van once in 7 days. The only thing which was disappointing was our daughter didn’t have a good time in the kids club. She was on her own and the leaders didn’t explain the games in English so she just wandered after the group on her own. She refused to go back after that. If she went into the kids club with other English speakers it would have probably been great.

Overall park was good with a good swimming pool and bar. However, our pitch was too small for our tent and there was no privacy. I know this is camping but we had people from all sides watching us do everything. On the pitch itself we couldn’t put our tent up fully and we didn’t have any room for a table and chairs. Sanitary building was always hot, there were no windows or ventilation. Our tent pitch was too close to the bar and main area which was very loud until after midnight every night and then because we were so close to everything, people walk past, run past, play football, shout until 1am and some through the night, shouting and playing music Fridge leaked Electricity port taken up by sanitary building so unable to unplug as fridge went off. Was told by reception that I had to buy an extra cable the next day from mr bricolage. The next day was Sunday so mr bricolage was closed. On Monday morning, I happened to spot an extension cable in the shop on site after being told by reception that the shop on site didn’t sell them. It cost me €20!! Every other time we have camped in France our extension lead has been fine, including last year at a Yelloh! village. No privacy on pitch. Not only were pitches small but next tent right next to ours and opposite could look straight into our tent and sanitary facility. No hedge or bush to separate pitch The swimming pool is a good area but it cannot cope with the amount of people in the park. There were rarely any sun beds available and in the pools, there was absolutely no room to move.
