Such as the 100% Italian Petra Evolutiva flour, sourced in Sicily and organically produced from a blend of 2,000 types of ancient wheat.

The menu includes all the Italian culinary classics. Will you be tempted by the signature pizza, the Mortadella Passione Mia? Or how about the seafood linguine, which will wow anyone with a fondness for the briny savours of the sea? End your meal with one of the dolci on the menu.
