Stayed in Portland Yelloh in Normandy during the Halloween break and it was easily the best run and cleanest campsite that we have stayed in over the past 10 years. Staff were always smiling and happy to see everyone, there was nothing that was too much trouble for the staff to help with. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the bread from the shop was as good as anywhere I have had in France. The swimming pools were super clean and big enough for the size of the campsite. I would stay in Portland Yelloh campsite again.

Premium pitch. Private facilities were spotless. Check in was easy. Everyone we spoke to spoke in perfect English. Entertainment team (Alex and Timo) were absolutely outstanding with our young son. We were made to feel very welcome by every member of the staff. Food in the restaurant is nice enough if a little pricey. Saying that, it's a nice place to sit overlooking the pool. Petanque was a highlight of our trip. Several hours spent on a nice afternoon. Close to Port en Bessin, though the hill is intense!!

We enjoyed our stay and cannot fault the staff who were always helpful and friendly. The facilities and pitches were first class We have a twin axlecaravanandtheentrance and exitwas a challengedue to the layout but with the assistanceof the staff we negotiateD them .Also the taps in the showersonly lastedfor less than 10 seconds which is annoying.

Excellent, Great evening quizzes, the entertainment chap was great, made everyone feel welcome,even if there was a language barrier. We camped in our Van, the private pods, bathroom washing facilities, table and benches we excellent, we didn't need to put up our awning. The pool was out of this world. Must add we went mid September, quiet time, and the weather was fine.

This was our first stay in a Yelloh! resort and from what we experienced it will not be our last. Checking and out was seamless and there was always somebody about if you needed help, though everything was well signposted in both French and English so we were incredibly well catered for. A truly wonderful stay and one that has instilled a desire to seek out other Yelloh! Sites in the future.
