Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sylvamar. A very well maintained site with lots of facilities and a great pool/water park. The entertainment through the day and in the evening is also very professionally done. Our Bora Bora chalet had everything we needed for a week and air conditioning (which unfortunately we didn't). The bar and restaurant were very good with an excellent range of food and drinks. Our boys spent lots of time at the sports fiends playing football and meeting new friends. The organised sports activities were run very well. We did book the site to be near the sea which was a little further away that I expected but not a problem on bikes. Unfortunately the size of the waves made it impossible to get very far into the sea and to use the body boards that we brought all the way from Wales! All the staff were cheerful and helpful, from reception, to information, to bar/restaurant to entertainment. Improvements? Possibly a few more sunbeds around the pool? Overall a great site and an enjoyable week.

Site facilities were excellent, but were disappointed with our allocated pitch of B45 which was small, overlooked and busy from passing traffic from three directions. Were unable to even fit our car on the pitch.

We travelled with an 11 and 9 year old and the campsite was perfect for them, lots to do and the best pool we have ever experienced at a yelloh site. They loved the slides. The evening entertainment was great although maybe started a little too late. The site was very clean and the area we were in appeared to be newer than the rest. We stayed in a Santocha cottage which was perfect for the 4 of us. Some areas of the site seem quite tired, such as the restaurant, bar and snack bar area. The only downside was the pounding music from the neighboring campsites that went on very late into the night. This put us off wanting to visit this site again.

Great pool facilities and bar/resteraunt staff were very friendly. The noise level on the campsite on an evening and at night was very loud and the campsite no not seem to enforce any noise curfew, large groups of youngsters swarm around in the evening too making more noise and playing load music at unacceptable time. This felt antisocial and intimidating. The camping pitch was not well maintained and trees surrounding it need cutting back which meant we struggled to put up our pop top of campervan. The animation team were great and the entertainment on offer was impressive however we felt let down and disappointed this time due to not being able to relax because of all the chaotic noise , We have visited several times before but will probably not return next year.

Another amazing experience at Sylvamar, the only concern was being pitched close to site staff accommodation that looked old and in need of repair. It also appeared that some of the site staff in this accolade additional visitors without site wristbands.
