Discover the activities and children’s clubs at the camping Le Pré Catalan
Nestled between the Mediterranean and the Albera Massif, Le Pré Catalan campsite promises a fun and engaging holiday experience in Le Barcarès, with activities and entertainment from dawn till dusk. Whether you come in high or low season, start your day with the morning workout sessions, dive in for games and tournaments at the swimming pool in the afternoon, and round the day off with the dance nights or themed evening entertainment!
Children aged 5-17 years old have their own programme tailored to their age at the Kids, Juniors and Teens clubs, where they can make new friends, have endless fun and join in an array of sporty and creative activities.
Our kids' club
Children can have fun and make new friends at Camping Le Pré Catalan in the workshops and various games run by our activity organisers. There is also a games area available for them just beside the mini club so they can play in total safety. For the youngest campers, there are a baby-changing area in the toilet/shower block and a heated paddling pool.

A club with plenty of fun entertainment, all planned specially for your teenagers from 13 to 17 years. During July and August, the organisers will have an amazing programme lined up for them:

A world of fun for kids in Barcarès
Children are a top priority at Le Pré Catalan campsite, where many amenities and activities are designed especially for their enjoyment. The outdoor play area and the aquatic playground provide hours of fun in the sun! Indoors, there’s a games room with table football where your little champions can enjoy many a lively match! Every week, the preparations for the children’s show will capture their imagination, while the daily mini-disco will get them moving and grooving to a selection of party tunes! A bundle of fun and surprises awaits them at every moment!

The campsite’s activities
The entertainment team at Yelloh! Village Le Pré Catalan invites you to join in a variety of fun and friendly sporting activities with a range of tournaments (pétanque, volleyball, football, etc.) and the ever-popular pool games. Kick off your day with a little aquagym session, a morning workout, or a bit of zumba. And end the evening with the aperitif games, karaoke sessions or be amazed by the spectacular shows.
In between, join in the sun dance to celebrate the wonderful Mediterranean climat

Activities for the whole family!
Our campsite has arranged all sorts of activities for people of all ages to enjoy. We provide our holidaymakers with a tennis court, a multisports ground and equipment for games such as table tennis, football, volleyball and pétanque... During high season, there are fitness and aquagym lessons, as well as introductory diving lessons arranged by our organisers.
Set between the sea and the mountains
Yelloh! Village Le Pré Catalan lies between the Mediterranean Sea and the Albera Massif in the Pyrenees. That means you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing at the beach AND mountain activities such as mountain biking, hiking and the like.
Among the highlights, take the time for a walk in Les Dosses biodiversity refuge on the edge of the Salses-Leucate coastal lagoon, offering views of the Corbières mountains. Or why not ascend the Capitelles path, which starts in Fitou? If you’re on two wheels, the Agly greenway provides a great route for a secure bike ride towards Rivesaltes. Pedal along beside the river and through the orchards, admiring sublime views of Mount Canigou.
You’ll appreciate a real change of scenery and all the benefits of the great outdoors.
Leucate and Salses lake
Just under 4 miles from the campsite, you’ll find the Leucate-Salses lagoon, the second-largest lagoon in Languedoc-Roussillon. There, you can set off on any number of walks, taste the mouthwatering mussels harvested from the many shellfish farms nearby, or will you be tempted by the many watersports on offer? Try windsurfing, sailing, kitesurfing, cable skiing, fishing and more…
