The reception team is at your disposal from start to end of your holiday. Whether you have a question about your stay, need advice or tourist information, you’ll always find a helping hand.

In addition to reception, you can enjoy a wide range of other services. These include a launderette where you can wash, dry and even iron your laundry. Ideal, especially if you come for a long stay, in summer or in low season. There’s also the very practical, heated sanitary block, located near the camping pitches and rental accommodation. You can even hire bicycles for a ride around the lake, setting off on two wheels directly from your campsite in Lake Annecy.

Finally, in high season, a selection of stallholders set up at the site to showcase a range of craft items, souvenirs and local produce!

For a chilled-out time with family or friends, head to the snack bar near the water park. There, you can sip on a delicious cocktail, enjoy a hot drink or quench your thirst with a refreshing soft drink. And why not treat yourselves to a quick but flavoursome bite to eat? You’ll have the opportunity to try out the local specialities, including tartiflette, raclette and other traditional dishes. Believe us – your tastebuds will thank you! You can also pick up pizzas and other takeaway dishes to tuck into on the terrace of your holiday accommodation.

If you feel like cooking yourself, you can pick up what you need at the mini-market without having to venture away from your campsite near Annecy!
