One water park where you can swim and splash around

You can enjoy a variety of aquatic pursuits at Les Fontaines because this campsite has two different bathing areas. First of all, right next to the bar, there’s a large 400 m2 semi-covered pool where you can swim, splish and splash serenely. When the sun shines, but also when the weather is being fickle.

If you enjoy a physical challenge, you can also try counter-current swimming. Or step into the whirlpool when you’re ready to kick back and relax in the water.

A second water park that will thrill the kids

Near reception, you’ll find the second bathing area where the focus is firmly on fun. This water park is always a big hit with children. And it’s easy to understand why, with the waterslides – two that twist and turn and one 4-lane racer slide, for the ultimate sliding pleasure!

Right next door, there’s an aquatic playground where you can have a great time and keep cool at the same time. There you’ll find a mini-waterslide, paddling pool, whirlpools and games to keep your youngsters entertained.

Lake Annecy for a spot of wild swimming

When you opt for a campsite in Lathuile near Annecy, you can also enjoy wild swimming because Lake Annecy is unquestionably a wonderful spot for a dip. Splash or swim to your heart’s content in this gorgeous natural setting. The Doussard beach is 1.5km from the campsite, accessible by bike via a village road and then a cycle path. Or, if you prefer, it’s a 20-minute walk.

As well as swimming in the lake, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy watersports. No matter whether you prefer adrenaline-pumping activities or something more low-key, there’s something for everyone.

Good to know: Doussard beach is supervised in July and August.
