Expensive for the quality of the facilities. No separate mens/womens toilet blocks. Have to wash up in the dark after dinner as the lights won’t come on Stayed at Yelloh Pomport earlier this year - no comparison

A good, clean, well run site, with lots of amenities. The amenities looked well used, but we did not use them ourselves, other than the bar area. The site looked well equipped for young families and those travelling without children. Washroom facilities were very clean. Reception and bar staff were very friendly and provided a very good level of service. The free minibus into St Emillion was a pleasant surprise and well worth using. We only stayed two nights, but if we have another camper van holiday, we would certainly return to this site and St Emillion.

An amazing campsite with a lot of facilities including the pools and play sections (table tennis, free kayaks, tennis court, basketball court, playgrounds, etc.). The only reason i didnt give a ten was because it is more expensive than other places i stayed.

Easy access and adequate size pitches. Washing etc facilities mostly clean and well maintained, though the water timer for the showers in the small block at location 5 is much two short. wWe didn’t use the leisure facilities on the site becaiuse we were too busy exploring outside - the site is very convenient for vineyard browsing!

This site had a really nice atmosphere. The pool area catered for all age groups and had everything you could ask for - except handrails on the steps into the pool - and from a safety point of view we would deem them essential. The staff were friendly and helpful (with the exception of a member of the restaurant team who was invariably unsmiling and seemed to thing she was doing you a favour just to serve you - which was a great shame) It was a very pretty place with the lake and water facilities etc. The free shuttle bus into St Emilion was a great feature. We hired one of the premium cabins and it was very well equipped - our only comment was that a couple of extra square metres would have made all the difference - didn’t like having to shuffle sideways along the side of the double bed to get in (and I am not a large person!!) and also did not like the toilet being separate with no washbasin in the toilet area.

Nice 3 night stay in early September, weather was poor. Campsite clean staff very friendly and helpful. We had a pitch with private sanitary facilities (P54). Quite an expensive pitch which sadly was very worn and rutted, when the rain came there were puddles everywhere. Facilities (i.e. restaurant, bar and shop) understandably limited due to nearing seasons end. One safety issue we noted was in the small private sanitary, namely the vanity unit (sink cupboard) the top was square edged and left a very sharp corner over hanging the small gap to sit on the toilet. It is certain to cause some one injury, when standing up or turning. This either needs the corner angled or rounded.

The team were very pleasant and helpful. We needed to replace two tyres on our motorhome whilst there and one of your receptionists very kindly telephoned the garage and arranged for the correct tyres to be there and at which time we needed to be there for the fitting. So grateful.

We had a wonderful time at Yelloh! Saint emillion, there were just a couple of things that would have made our stay perfect; The pushchair access to our chalet was impossible. The tiny stones on the path meant we could not push our pram and so we ended up upsetting neighbours by walking over the grass in front of their chalet. The internet quality was poor for our entire stay. We stayed in a premium chalet and the bins were quite for us to get rid of our recycling and stand waste. It might be a good idea to have another bin point over on that side of the site - especially as there is space there. 2. We had a very early flight to catch on our day of departure so completing all the check out tasks was challenging with a small child. I had to remove the sheets from my toddlers bed while he was still in it. 3. Some of the staff were a little unfriendly - animation team seemed unapproachable at times, and the male bar tender was incredibly rude to my husband and father over the small misunderstanding about cups!
