Overall our experience was lovely. The campsite was very quiet which wasn't an issue for us as we wanted a quiet stay. The accommodation was clean and well laid out, however it was very very warm with no air conditioning, we had to go and buy a fan since when we left the windows open we were bitten by bugs all through the night! Also the smell of manure or silage from work around the site was very strong at times. There was no atmosphere at all in the bar area, we would have spent some time here having a drink and playing games but without any music playing or anyone around it seemed pointless so we tended to stay in the cabin.

It was a lovely quiet site on the whole, but the pitch was a bit hard to get on to with a 6.36m van conversion. Good base for seeing the area. Loved having our own bathroom Reception could have sold some more basic items like milk, Overall enjoyed it and would return
