Sérignan is a land full of culture and history, and you'll be constantly taken by surprise here! Bathed in the southern French sun, it draws all sorts of visitors from all over the world, including artists who find their inspiration here. Come and visit the artists' workshop in Sérignan and you'll be discovering the place where various works of art have been created.
The town also has a fort of historic and religious importance. The collegiate church of Notre Dame combines the imposing architecture of the Middle Ages with the features of religious buildings. Its steeple, more than 30 metres tall, stands proudly over the town's houses. Its streets and squares are quite charming, and also serve to showcase the typical southern architecture, in the shape of the stone porches and walls of its ancient houses.
Not far from Agde, Béziers and Narbonne, Sérignan is an opportunity to explore some traditional towns with some dynamic and modern attractive features. Come and enjoy the region, with its seaside resorts, yachting harbours and fishing harbours.
Sérignan also has some wonderful and varied local produce on offer, including patates à la santangiolèse (potatoes with peppers), which is one of the most highly-prized of its dishes. And how about a cool glass of Mousseux brut de Sérignan to start; a lovely thing to enjoy on a hot day!
