Lying between the Lure Mountain and the Luberon, the mediaeval town of Forcalquier is a French municipality in the western area of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. Wander the narrow streets, take a break in the small shady squares with their refreshing fountains and admire the attractive town houses dating from the 12th to 15th centuries. From the town’s citadel, pause for a moment to admire the superb panorama over the tiled roofs and gorgeous scenery!
