Haute Provence is home to Europe's largest geological reserve due to its geographical position, being the place at which the Alps give way to Provence. Here, you can come and see the famous Demoiselles Coiffées, which are also known as the Cheminée de Fée (a large rock column) and the Tourbières de Saint léger (a wetland area with its own ecosystem).

Saint-Jean-Montclar has two slopes comprising two ski areas for all abilities, and people of all age groups will love the idyllic settings they'll find here.
